August 21 Andrew McMahon!!!今天跟Al去Town Ballroom看演出,我奔着Jack's Mannequin去的,但因为去得早,所以我跟Al在后门想碰下运气,看能否见到Andrew主唱,Andrew没见到,倒是看暖场乐队之一的Treaty of Paris的成员搬东西,我们也不知道他们叫什么名字,后来硬着头皮走到一个面善人旁边,问他们是不是Treaty of Paris的,结果说是,就合影了。然后又看到一个穿sundress的姑娘自己开车停在后门的employee停车处,后来才知道她是Stacy Clark, http://www.myspace.com/ilovestacyclark 她那第一首matter of time我听过,应该是电视里听到的,可能是the hills听过以后挺喜欢她的。
然后上场的是Treaty of Paris。Town Ballroom的音效实在太差了,而且还是没听过的乐队,根本听不出来什么东西。看在合过影的吉他手的份上我听着,不过听不清歌词,歌曲我觉得也一般,不是我喜欢的类型。
我跟Al站在第二排中间略靠左的位置,因为得知Andrew弹钢琴是脸朝左。事实证明我们的位置超好,仅次于第一排中间偏左的位置了。
随后上场的是Paper Route,主唱很想How I met your mother中的Barney,他们的歌曲是电子风格的,还英伦,跟我之前听过的加拿大的the Stills特别像。不过再好听的调调总一个loop的重复也不行,所以我真希望他们快点结束,我腿都疼死了。
然后就上Phantom Planet了,演出中间主唱问大家是希望听更多旧歌还是新歌,结果大部分人说旧歌,哈哈,真不给面子!亏这个主唱曾经还是gap的模特,不过我看着没感觉,Al特别倒是喜欢。他们的歌我能听出是什么得知有两首,一首是新专辑主打,歌名忘了,懒得查,反正那个就是老唱"du du du"的那首,还有以上也是他们最后演唱的OC主题歌California,全场还合唱来着,可惜我怎么都找不到共鸣。
最后就是Jack's Mannequin了,记得去年我头一次看他们我们学校演出,在根本不了解他们的情况下通过现场表演深深喜欢他们的歌曲了,主唱Andrew在05年得过白血病,大换血,直到现在还没完全恢复,不能坐飞机,头发因为化疗也从以前在something corporate时期的长毛小狗形象(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKDQDnRDZ-w )变成平头 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-638zcCBB14&feature=related 然后到现在的短发(如下图)。

August 19 Darien Lake amusement parkThis is my second time going to Darien Lake amusement park. It is the biggest amusement park in New York State. I love these thrill rides so much, and I rode them for many times each today. Alber and I did all the thrill rides and two rides at the water park. I felt better when I raised my hands during "the predators" ride. It's much better than holding the handlebars! (The last few pics should not be taken seriously) 奥运开幕式我也看了用个英语里流行的用法讲就是“春晚 on steroids". 哈哈!看得我跟Sue对着电视直惊叹。

11/15 Jon Stewart 减肥原来跟花钱差不多道理 一礼拜总共可以摄取的卡路里(budget)就那么些,今天少用点,明天就能多用一点。觉得花销大了钱不够花,就得去多赚点钱(锻炼)。我在寻思要让我一周瘦一磅的每天1400大卡的食谱都能吃点什么呢,这个太不现实,估计还是一天1800大卡左右比较实际。今早已经吃了两片全麦面包中间夹nutella巧克力花生酱(我的最爱),以及一大碗Smart Choice的strawberry oat bites加fatfree牛奶,估计这些下来差不多有400-600大卡了......中午打算吃healthy choice的panini,它家的panini味道不错,而且热量一般都是350,我看还行。晚上就少吃点,吃点蔬菜沙拉吧,今天还去商店买了切好的袋装沙拉,沙拉酱(light的), 心里想着昨晚那一大碗沙拉吃的味如嚼蜡一般,我认为salad偶尔吃一小份还凑合,但是因为lettuce里面基本都是水,所以吃salad一次要吃一大碗才能达到维生素的标准。如今为了少摄取些热量,只好晚上吃这个玩意儿了,回想起初中时候喝过大半年中药的经历,可能吃salad也没那么痛苦了......
今天在商店还买了两盒100 calorie snack pack...打算平时下午饿的时候吃...再加点水果。今早称重比前天轻了0.5磅,哈哈哈,我喜欢pound这个单位,多么精细的单位啊!
想起babysitting的那家的大狗减肥15磅,是因为它吃食靠主人喂,要是像人一样,想吃就吃,肯定减不了肥。 August 06 weight controlI remember last week, I consumed 15 chickens with sauce, blue cheese and celery sticks at one setting, so THAT WAS FUCKING 4000 CALORIES! So yesterday(wings Tuesday again) I didn't go for the wings. Instead I had a small estimate of how should I LOSE some weight. I can't take it anymore. I constantly have ice cream, cheese, pancakes with endless syrup and wings and I hate excercise most of the time and I barely excercise(except for having a good workout buddy and an instructor). According to the estimate:
You need 1898.7 calories per day to maintain your current weight without exercise.
You need 1775.4 calories per day to reach your goal weight slowly and maintain that weight without exercise. If you reduce your current caloric intake to 1398.7 calories per day you will lose one pound per week without exercise. If you increase your current caloric intake to 2398.7 calories per day, you will gain one pound per week. Exercise and Calorie Needs If you exercise for 30 minutes each day, you may increase your caloric intake to 2104 calories per day and still maintain your current weight. If you exercise for 60 minutes each day, you may increase your caloric intake to 2360.6 calories per day to maintain your current weight. If you exercise for 30 minutes each day, you will be able to reach your goal weight with 1965.8 calories per day. If you exercise for 60 minutes each day, you will be able to reach your goal weight with 2203.9 calories per day.
You need 237.3 grams of carbohydrates, 62.7 grams of fat, and 94.9 grams of protein per day for 1898.7 calories to maintain your weight of xxx pounds. You need 221.9 grams of carbohydrates, 58.6 grams of fat, and 88.8 grams of protein per day for 1775.4 calories to maintain your goal weight of 100 pounds.
I am seriously considering switching to Weight Watcher's dieting program or just the old way of calorie counting. |
